Teeing Up 10 Years: The 19th Hole Grant is Now Open

Apply for the 2025 19th Hole Concerts Grant

Nonprofits of Archuleta County! It’s time to apply for the 19th Hole Concerts, entering it’s 10th Anniversary.  This unique fundraising event brings the community and local nonprofits together for an long-loved summer concert series at the Pagosa Springs Golf Club.

What is the 19th Hole Concerts Grant?

Each Thursday evening in June, the 19th Hole Concerts showcase a different local music talent. Attendees pay a $10 cover charge, and all proceeds are pooled and distributed evenly among the four selected nonprofit beneficiaries.

Key Dates for 2025

  • Concert Dates: June 5, June 12, June 19, June 26
  • Application Opens: Thursday, February 6
  • Application Deadline: Thursday, March 6
  • Final Selection Announced: Late March
  • All-Participant Planning Meeting: TBA (typically mid-April)
  • All-Participant Wrap-Up Meeting: TBA (typically late July)

What’s Expected of Nonprofits?

Selected nonprofits play an essential role in making the concert series a success. Responsibilities include:

  • Promoting the event through social media, email outreach, and word of mouth.
  • Providing 2-4 staff or board members to assist with the event setup and collecting cover charges at the front gate.
  • Hosting an information table with at least one representative to share about your organization (tip jars at tables are encouraged, as tips go directly to the featured nonprofit).
  • Providing at least two volunteers for event cleanup.
  • Attending coordination meetings at the Pagosa Springs Golf Club.
  • Completing an assigned marketing task for the events.

How the Community Foundation Supports You

The Community Foundation will:

  • Manage the grant application and selection process.
  • Handle financial aspects, including paying bands and covering event marketing costs.
  • Book musical talent and coordinate limited paid advertising.
  • Bring participating nonprofits together for collaboration and shared promotion.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, nonprofits must:

  • Be a registered 501(c)(3) organization or operate under a fiscal sponsor with 501(c)(3) status.
  • Serve Archuleta County.
  • Not have been a 19th Hole Concerts grantee in 2024.
