The Community Foundation is rolling out another delicious Durango Wine Experience, April 24 – 25, 2026. See more information below for details about this beloved, 2-day springtime event!
We have selected 10 local nonprofits to receive a $2,500 grant for volunteering at the Walkabout and the Grand Tasting. Our Durango Wine Experience guests will enjoy learning more about the nonprofit sector in SW Colorado.

Hundreds of wines featured with light appetizers at multiple downtown Durango locations. The Walkabout is our signature, multi-location, tasting event. You will not only get a taste of wine, but a true taste of downtown Durango! Libation tables will be featured at some of our favorite Durango galleries, shops & outdoor spaces, all in our cute downtown. Light appetizers provided at each location and save room to purchase dinner at one of our amazing local restaurants!
Under the BIG tent at Buckley Park, we will feature hundreds of wines, beer, and spirits. Wineries will be on hand from right here in Colorado… to all over the world! Durango’s finest restaurants showcase their cuisine in our Restaurant Showcase. Look for our pairing recommendations to take this culinary delight to a new level.
