Community Foundation serving SW CO Request for Proposal (RFP)
For two promotional videos, one for the 19th Hole Concerts and one for the Archuleta Committee of the Community Foundation
The Community Foundation is launching the 4th year of the 19th Hole Concerts in June. The Archuleta Committee of the Community Foundation selects six nonprofits to benefit from the concert series and coordinates local marketing to increase attendance at the concerts, creating a learning experience in event planning for future capacity building for the nonprofits selected. The Archuleta Committee also raises money to build the Archuleta Fund, participates in the Archuleta Nonprofit Coalition, and presents a planned giving workshop annually. The Community Foundation is the backbone of the Committee and provides support for all Committee endeavors.
The 19th Hole Concerts will take place Thursdays, 5:30-7:30 PM, June 13 – July 25, 2019 in Pagosa Springs, CO (skipping July 4).

TIMELINE The following timeline will apply to the process and is open to change.
- RFP issued: May 15, 2019
- Deadline for proposals: May 28, 2019
- Interview finalist(s): May 30, 2019
- Selection and negotiation of project specifics: May 31, 2019
- Project: A completed 45-second video by Monday, June 10. A completed 2-minute video by Thursday, August 1.
