Calling all Durango area nonprofits on Colorado Gives Day!
The Community Foundation is once again accepting applications for the
CAUSE Nonprofit Grant. The nonprofits selected will host a high school intern for four weeks in June. In addition to a $2,500 grant from the Community Foundation, participating nonprofits will also work with an intern who will assist them with their social media marketing and Colorado Gives Day campaign.
To be eligible, nonprofits must have an office in Durango and the ability to provide a staff supervisor for the student intern for the month of June (M-Th). Nonprofits must also be registered on Colorado Gives Day. Supervisors are required to attend the cohort meeting at the IMPACT Center at Durango High School the first Monday in June as well as the intern presentations at the end of the program (June 26).
The grant application will open on March 2 and close on April 2, 2026.
