The Community Foundation is excited to bring a new giving circle opportunity to Pagosa Springs! This is open to any woman who wants to support the nonprofits of Archuleta County in a meaningful way while building community with other women. Your $100 donation grants you membership for the year.

As a member, you may nominate one nonprofit and cast your vote at the giving event which will be held at Coyote Moon on October 30, 2026, from 11am-1pm. If you cannot attend the event, your $100 will still be applied to the award. You may select one individual to vote on your behalf. Only in-person votes will count.

The top three nonprofits will be invited to give a pitch about their organization at the event on October 30. You must be a registered member to nominate and vote for nonprofits. To become a member, you must donate $100 to the Pagosa’s 100+ Women Who Care Fund. You are not required to nominate or vote to be a member. If you would simply like to donate to the cause, that is wonderful. The link to register and donate is HEREOnly one nomination and one vote per member will be accepted.

To be eligible, the nonprofit you nominate must be:

  • a registered 501c3 or fiscal project of a 501c3
  • operating in Archuleta County
  • willing to participate in the funding event by providing a 10-minute pitch and 5-minute Q&A

First place will receive 70% of the pot

Second and third place will receive 10% of the pot each

The Archuleta County Fund will receive 10% of the pot

A link to the nomination form will be in the donation receipt and the Community Foundation will email the nomination link in all member communications. You only need to submit your nomination once.

Because of our corporate sponsor Liberty Theatre and Caldwell’s Liberty Bar, 100% of your donation goes to nonprofits serving Archuleta County!

Special thanks to Coyote Moon Lounge for donating space for the event.
