We’re opening the year with something a little different for our first Planned Giving gathering, led by Jenny Dear, author of What Does it Feel Like to Die: Inspiring New Insight into the Experience of Dying.
On Friday, February 20 at 9:00 AM, we invite you to join us at the Community Foundation Office (765 East College Drive, Suite 1) for coffee, light breakfast, and conversation.
Drawing from her experiences as a hospice volunteer, Jenny will share reflections on peace, personal meaning, and the ways people think about the lives they’ve lived and the impact they hope to leave behind. Her remarks will be followed by an open, informal Q&A.
This gathering isn’t about financial planning or technical discussions. It’s about reflection, curiosity, and conversation — an opportunity to consider what legacy means to you, in whatever form that may take.
